Upcoming drama “Hunter with a Scalpel” has released a gripping new teaser!

“Hunter with a Scalpel” is a psychological crime thriller starring Park Ju Hyun as Seo Se Hyun, a brilliant but troubled forensic pathologist. One day, while conducting an autopsy, Se Hyun recognizes the signature murder method of her father—a serial killer who she thought had died 20 years ago—and sets out to find him before the police.

The teaser sets the stage for a tense psychological battle involving Se Hyun, a psychopath’s daughter who is trying to bury her past; her serial killer father, long believed dead but now back to trap her once again; and the detective determined to catch the killer.

The preview opens on a seemingly peaceful family portrait before quickly shifting to disturbing imagery: blood-splattered scenes, neatly arranged knives, and a cold metal table resembling an autopsy bed. The line “I was born the daughter of a psychopath” adds a chilling touch, instantly drawing viewers into Se Hyun’s fractured world.

When thread is discovered as a clue in the murder case, Se Hyun is forced to confront the trauma she tried to bury. Although she was sure that her father Jo Kyun (Park Yong Woo) “definitely died back then,” growing doubt and fear leave her frozen and unable to move forward.

The tension reaches a breaking point as Jo Kyun appears in his true, murderous form and eerily tells her, “You’ll come to your father on your own.” Meanwhile, the detective assigned to the case, Jung Hyun (Kang Hoon), begins to suspect Se Hyun. With every twist, the plot grows more unpredictable. Will Se Hyun be able to escape the intricate trap set by her father?
