
BLACKPINK's Jennie Makes Generous Donation To Seoul National University College Of Medicine
BLACKPINK’s Jennie has made a generous donation to a meaningful cause!
On May 30, the Seoul National University College of Medicine revealed, “Jennie donated 100 million won [approximately $72,709] to the College of Medicine’s development fund in order to help foster warm-hearted talent that will heal the world.”
Jennie’s donation will go towards strengthening the Seoul National University College of Medicine’s education and research environment, as well as fostering talent with social empathy.
Kim Jeong Eun, the dean of the Seoul National University College of Medicine, remarked, “We are grateful to Jennie, who has thoughtfully gone beyond mere financial support by becoming a positive influence. We will help our students grow into leaders with the traits of tolerance, acceptance, empathy, communication, sacrifice, and consideration so that they can live up to the public’s expectations.”
Jennie’s agency OA (ODDATELIER) also donated 100 million won to the Seoul National University College of Medicine back in 2023.
