OH MY GIRL’s YooA Signs With New Agency After Leaving WM Entertainment

On June 2, SARAM Entertainment announced, “We signed an exclusive contract with YooA. She is an artist with infinite possibilities and potential. We are very happy to begin her acting career with SARAM Entertainment and will fully support her as she explores opportunities in various fields.”
YooA debuted as a member of OH MY GIRL in 2015, and the group rose to fame with hit songs such as “Secret Garden,” “Nonstop,” “Dolphin,” and “Dun Dun Dance.”
She was also the first member of the group to launch a solo career, actively promoting with several releases, including her first solo mini album “Bon Voyage” in 2020, followed by her second mini album “Selfish” and her first single album “Borderline.”
After years of success as a singer, YooA is now officially beginning her acting career under SARAM Entertainment. She is set to make her film debut in “Project Y” (working title), which follows Mi Sun and Do Kyung—two people who have nothing but each other—as they steal hidden cash and gold bars in a desperate bid to escape their harsh reality.
Wishing all the best to YooA on her new start!
