EXO's Baekhyun Debuts On Billboard 200 + Tops Emerging Artists Chart With "Essence Of Reverie"

EXO’s Baekhyun has made his solo debut on the Billboard 200!

On June 3 local time, Billboard revealed that Baekhyun had entered its Top 200 Albums chart (its weekly ranking of the most popular albums in the United States) for the very first time as a soloist. For the week ending on June 7, Baekhyun’s new solo mini album “Essence of Reverie” debuted at No. 121.

“Essence of Reverie” also debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Albums chart this week, in addition to sweeping the No. 4 spot on both the Top Album Sales chart and the Top Current Album Sales chart—meaning it was the fourth best-selling album of the week in the United States. Additionally, “Essence of Reverie” entered Billboard’s Independent Albums chart at No. 19.

Meanwhile, Baekhyun re-entered Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart at No. 1, marking his first time topping the chart—and he also re-entered the Artist 100 at a new peak of No. 35.
