Watch: Lee Jun Hyuk Confronts Gong Myoung And Reconnects With His Estranged Brother In "Mercy For None" Preview Video

Ahead of its premiere today, Netflix’s drama “Mercy For None” has unveiled a gripping new preview video!

Based on a popular webtoon, “Mercy For None” is a noir action drama that follows the story of Ki Jun (So Ji Sub), a former gangster who cut his own Achilles heel and left the underworld behind. 11 years after severing ties with his gang, he returns to uncover the truth behind the mysterious death of his younger brother Ki Seok (Lee Jun Hyuk).

The preview opens with a tense verbal confrontation between Nam Ki Seok of the Joo Woon Group and Koo Jun Mo (Gong Myoung), heir to the Bong San Group and son of Chairman Koo Bong San (Ahn Kil Kang). In an office scene brimming with tension, Jun Mo glares at Ki Seok and asks, “What are you doing here?”

Ki Seok responds sarcastically, revealing that due to Jun Mo’s troubles, Bong San’s Chairman personally asked Joo Woon’s Chairman to send him. He warns ominously, “If you don’t do it right, don’t do it at all.”

Clearly provoked, Jun Mo mentions Ki Seok’s older brother to provoke him further, escalating the conflict. Visibly shaken and enraged, Ki Seok slaps Jun Mo, igniting a wild confrontation involving nearby gangsters. “You’re the problem,” Ki Seok declares coldly, then turns to leave. Jun Mo then shouts after him, “You just crossed the line,” pushing the tension to a boiling point.

The video then shifts scenes to a tranquil mountain countryside, where Ki Jun is seen chopping firewood in solitude. His peaceful moment is interrupted by an unexpected visit from his estranged younger brother Ki Seok. After six years apart, the union is awkward and emotionally charged. Following a brief and reserved exchange, Ki Seok prepares to leave.

Just before he drives off, Ki Jun taps on the car window and asks, “Is everything ok?” Ki Seok replies, “I thought you’d never ask.” The preview leaves viewers with mounting questions about what has happened between the brothers and what secrets tie the Joo Woon organization and the Bong San family.
