THE BOYZ’s agency has issued a stern warning against the spreading of false rumors about the group’s members.
On June 11, ONE HUNDRED officially announced that it would be taking strong legal action against those who had written and spread false information about THE BOYZ.
The agency’s statement is as follows:
Hello.
This is ONE HUNDRED.We would like to sincerely thank all THE B [THE BOYZ’s fans] who support and care for THE BOYZ.
We have confirmed that recently, false information about THE BOYZ is being spread indiscriminately on certain online communities and social media.
Spreading unfounded claims is a serious illegal act that defames an artist’s character and severely violates their rights, and we are taking it very seriously.Through our own monitoring and fans’ reports, we are currently gathering evidence such as relevant posts and comments, and we are letting you know that, using this evidence as a basis, we are in the process of preparing to file a criminal complaint and report this matter to the police in accordance with the relevant laws.
Not only those who wrote and spread falsehoods, but also those who caused secondary harm by escalating, reproducing, or going along with [these falsehoods] will also be held legally responsible.There will be no negotiation or leniency during this process, and we are clearly informing you that all identified perpetrators will be held fully accountable.
