June Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups, using big data collected from May 14 to June 14.

SEVENTEEN topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 7,027,417, marking a 22.66 percent increase in their score since May. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “MINITEEN,” “Bad Influence,” and “HAPPY BURSTDAY,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “donate,” and “reveal.” SEVENTEEN’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 91.78 percent positive reactions.

BTS took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 6,843,685, while BIGBANG ranked third with a score of 4,318,118.

SHINee rose to fourth place for June with a brand reputation index of 3,639,299, marking a 35.80 percent increase in their score since last month.

Finally, Stray Kids shot to fifth place after seeing a whopping 119.51 percent rise in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score to 3,042,888 for June.
