Go Youn Jung Shares Insights Into Her Career Progress, Acting Mindset, And More

Actress Go Youn Jung recently participated in a photo shoot for the fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar Korea!

Following the shoot, she sat down for an interview. Reflecting on her on-set experience, Go Youn Jung said, “When I’m on set, I still feel like there’s so much I don’t know. That’s why I still see myself as a rookie. I’m not embarrassed by this rookie mindset. To me, it means I’m still excited about acting.”

Go Youn Jung recently wrapped filming for the dramas “Resident Playbook” and “Can This Love Be Translated?” She shared that she’s discovering more joy in acting with each new project, saying, “Whether it’s a drama or a film, it’s ultimately the audience who decides, so I still don’t really know what’s right or wrong.”

She continued, “On one set, something feels right, and on another, something else does, so I’m learning something new every day. When I didn’t understand how a set worked, I used to feel tense and stiff. But now that I have a better sense of how things run, acting is becoming a lot more fun. It feels like last year was more enjoyable than the year before, and this year is even better than last. Honestly, this might be the most fun I’ve ever had working in my life.”
