Shin Seung Ho Exempted From Military Service Due To Injury

Shin Seung Ho has been exempted from military service following an injury.

On June 18, TenAsia reported that Shin Seung Ho was granted an exemption due to an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.

According to the report, after sustaining the injury in 2021, Shin Seung Ho underwent surgery, and his exemption was finalized toward the end of that year.

In response to the report, a representative from his agency KINGKONG by STARSHIP confirmed, “In 2021, Shin Seung Ho sustained an ACL rupture during personal activities, underwent surgery, and was subsequently exempted from military service.”

Before turning to acting, Shin Seung Ho played soccer for 11 years before retiring from the sport and debuting as a model in 2016. He began his acting career in 2018 with the hit web drama “A-Teen.”

He went on to rise in prominence through roles in “D.P.,” “Alchemy of Souls,” “Weak Hero Class 1,” and more.

Shin Seung Ho is currently a cast member of the tvN variety show “Handsome Guys” and is preparing for the release of his upcoming film “Omniscient Reader.”
