BTS's j-hope Enters Top 30 Of UK's Official Singles Chart For 1st Time With "Killin' It Girl"
BTS’s j-hope has achieved his highest ranking yet on the United Kingdom’s Official Singles Chart!
On June 20 local time, the Official Charts (widely regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s U.S. charts) announced that j-hope’s new digital single “Killin’ It Girl” featuring GloRilla had debuted at No. 30 on its Official Singles Chart.
j-hope has now become the K-pop soloist with the most entries on the Official Singles Chart, breaking the previous record held by his bandmate Jungkook. “Killin’ It Girl” is j-hope’s eighth solo entry, following “Chicken Noodle Soup” (which peaked at No. 82), “MORE” (No. 70), “on the street” (No. 37), “NEURON” (No. 64), “LV Bag” (No. 93), “Sweet Dreams” (No. 42), and “MONA LISA” (No. 56).
As j-hope’s first solo song to enter the top 30 of the Official Singles Chart, “Killin’ It Girl” has also become his highest-ranking single to date.
Additionally, “Killin’ It Girl” debuted at No. 1 on both the Official Singles Sales Chart and the Official Singles Downloads Chart this week.
