Yoon Kye Sang Is An Eccentric Coach Leading Underdog Rugby Team In “Try: A Miracle In Us”

SBS’s upcoming drama “Try: A Miracle in Us” has unveiled the first stills of Yoon Kye Sang in character!

“Try: A Miracle in Us” tells the story of Joo Ga Ram (Yoon Kye Sang), a former rugby star who falls from grace due to a doping scandal. Years later, he returns to his alma mater as the new coach of its bottom-ranked high school rugby team and leads the underdog squad on a quest to win the National Sports Festival.

Yoon Kye Sang transforms into Joo Ga Ram, an eccentric new coach of the perpetually last-place Hanyang Physical Education High School rugby team. Once a beloved “idol of the rugby world,” Joo Ga Ram vanished from the public eye after a doping controversy forced his early retirement. Now, three years later, he makes a surprise comeback—this time as a head coach for his alma mater’s rugby team.

The newly released stills offer a glimpse into Joo Ga Ram’s wild first day on the job. In one image, Joo Ga Ram is sprinting across campus with his hair flying in the wind. His intense expression mid-run is both dramatic and hilarious, while his crisp suit—clearly not meant for a full-on sprint—hints at a chaotic first day. What could have possibly gone wrong so early in the day, and how will Joo Ga Ram adjust to his new role?

Another still shows Joo Ga Ram gleefully riding a children’s spinning ride, grinning from ear to ear like a carefree kid. His playful energy and oddball antics heighten anticipation for the fun and warmth he’ll bring to the drama.

“Try: A Miracle in Us” will premiere on July 25, following the conclusion of “Our Movie.” Watch a teaser for the drama here!
