Watch: Lee Dong Wook Takes On One Final Mission To Quit His Gangster Life In Teaser For New Drama 'The Nice Guy'

JTBC’s upcoming drama “The Nice Guy” has unveiled its first teaser video ahead of its premiere!

The noir drama “The Nice Guy” will tell the story of Park Seok Chul (Lee Dong Wook), the eldest grandson of a third-generation gangster family with an unexpectedly pure heart, and his first love Kang Mi Young (Lee Sung Kyung), who dreams of becoming a singer.

The newly released teaser offers a glimpse into Park Seok Chul’s precarious life and inner conflict. Though he never wanted the gangster life, he rose through the ranks due to his dedication, eventually becoming the organization’s ace. Now yearning to leave it all behind, he’s faced with one final request from Kim Chang Soo (Lee Moon Shik), who asks him to eliminate Kang Tae Hoon (Park Hoon), the boss of a rival gang.

The request plunges Park Seok Chul deeper into turmoil, with Kang Tae Hoon’s chilling voiceover, “Park Seok Chul, why you of all people?” sparking intrigue about their mysterious connection.

The teaser ends on a tense note with Park Seok Chul’s ominous narration, “If this continues, it’ll be a real war.” Whether he can break free from his entangled gangster past and pursue the life he truly desires remains to be seen in the upcoming drama.
