Lee Dong Wook And Lee Sung Kyung Get Intimate In New Drama 'The Nice Guy' Poster

JTBC’s upcoming Friday series “The Nice Guy” has unveiled a new romantic poster featuring Lee Dong Wook and Lee Sung Kyung!

The noir drama “The Nice Guy” will tell the story of Park Seok Chul (Lee Dong Wook), the eldest grandson of a third-generation gangster family with an unexpectedly pure heart, and his first love Kang Mi Young (Lee Sung Kyung), who dreams of becoming a singer.

In the newly released poster, Park Seok Chul and Kang Mi Young are shown leaning in so closely that their lips are about to touch. The tender gaze they share, focused solely on each other, heightens the sense of excitement and anticipation.

The phrase, “I met you when I had neither dreams nor hope,” hints that Park Seok Chul and Kang Mi Young become each other’s only salvation amid their overwhelming realities. The story of these two, who reunite as if by fate while carrying the bittersweet memories of first love, piques curiosity about how their journey will unfold.

The production team commented, “The main highlight of this project is the heart-wrenching romance that begins with the reunion of Park Seok Chul and Kang Mi Young. The richly layered narrative and the deeply developed emotions will evoke a poignant sense of longing and excitement. Please look forward to the emotionally powerful synergy and performances of Lee Dong Wook and Lee Sung Kyung.”

“The Nice Guy” is set to premiere on July 18 at 8:50 p.m. KST and will air two consecutive episodes every Friday.
