
Jo Hye Jung Confirmed To Star In "Yumi's Cells 3"
Actress Jo Hye Jung will be joining Season 3 of the hit drama “Yumi’s Cells”!
On June 30, JTBC Entertainment News reported that Jo Hye Jung will star in “Yumi’s Cells 3.”
In response to the report, her agency BH Entertainment confirmed, “It’s true that Jo Hye Jung has been cast in ‘Yumi’s Cells’ Season 3.”
Based on the hit webtoon of the same name, “Yumi’s Cells” tells the story of an ordinary office worker named Yumi (Kim Go Eun)—from the point of view of the many brain cells in her head controlling her every thought, feeling, and action. Following the success of Season 1, the second season also achieved high viewership ratings and has been loved by fans all over the world.
In Season 3, the story follows Yumi, who was once an ordinary office worker, as she becomes a star author after much hard work. Jo Hye Jung will play Na Hee, a younger writer who looks up to and admires Yumi.
Notably, “Yumi’s Cells 3” will mark Jo Hye Jung’s first drama comeback in about three years since “Our Blues” in 2022.
