TWICE Becomes 1st K-Pop Girl Group To Score 7 Top 10 Albums On Billboard 200 As 'THIS IS FOR' Debuts

TWICE has landed yet another album in the top 10 of the Billboard 200!

On July 20 local time, Billboard announced that TWICE’s new full-length album “THIS IS FOR” had debuted at No. 6 on its Top 200 Albums chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States.

TWICE is now the first K-pop girl group to chart seven different albums in the top 10 of the Billboard 200—and the first to score nine chart entries overall. Before “THIS IS FOR,” the group previously entered the chart with “MORE & MORE,” “Eyes wide open,” “Taste of Love,” “Formula of Love: O+T=<3,” “BETWEEN 1&2,” “READY TO BE,” “With YOU-th,” and “Strategy.”

According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), “THIS IS FOR” earned a total of 80,000 equivalent album units during the week ending on July 17. The album’s total score consisted of 68,000 traditional album sales—making it the third best-selling album of the week in the United States—and 12,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units, which translates to 16.21 million on-demand audio streams over the course of the week.

Congratulations to TWICE on extending their own Billboard record!
