Chuu Makes A Move On ASTRO’s Yoon San Ha In “My Girlfriend Is The Man!”
“My Girlfriend is the Man!” has shared new stills ahead of its upcoming episode!
Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, “My Girlfriend is the Man!” is a romantic comedy about a college student whose girlfriend unexpectedly transforms into a man. ASTRO’s Yoon San Ha stars as Park Yoon Jae, an astronomy student who is head over heels for his girlfriend Kim Ji Eun (OH MY GIRL’s Arin). Due to a gene that runs in her family, Kim Ji Eun suddenly turns into a handsome man (played by Yoo Jung Hoo) and begins going by the name Kim Ji Hoon. Chuu plays Kang Min Joo, a popular student who secretly has a crush on Park Yoon Jae.

In the previous episode, Park Yoon Jae agreed to Kim Ji Hoon’s suggestion that they remain friends for now. However, when he heard that Kim Ji Hoon had collapsed after drinking with Lee Min Hyuk (Hyun Jun), he rushed to his side. The next morning, he was shocked to see that Kim Ji Hoon, who had fallen asleep beside him, had transformed back into Kim Ji Eun.
Meanwhile, newly released stills hint at growing tension as Park Yoon Jae gets closer to Kang Min Joo. The two are seen preparing for a seminar presentation in the department lounge. Park Yoon Jae appears to be spacing out, while Kang Min Joo, noticing the shift in his mood, leans in with a bright smile to make eye contact.
Why does Park Yoon Jae seem troubled despite Kim Ji Eun’s return? And will Kang Min Joo, who has sensed that something is off, take advantage of the situation?
The production team commented, “The upcoming episode will further expand the relationships in ‘My Girlfriend is the Man!’ Please look forward to seeing what kind of butterfly effect the introduction of the new character Kang Min Joo, passionately portrayed by Chuu, will create.”
