ENA’s “The Defects” has teased high-stakes showdowns in tonight’s episode!

Based on a popular webtoon, “The Defects” is a new action thriller about children who have been abandoned by their adoptive parents—and their fight for survival and revenge.

Previously, Kim Ah Hyun (Won Jin Ah) and the children came dangerously close to uncovering the truth behind the shadowy organization. After a tense chase, they found Kim Se Hee’s (Yum Jung Ah) research facility—where they were left reeling from the horrifying sight of illegal adoptions taking place.

As the children gear up for a full-scale counterattack, newly released stills hint at a dramatic face-off between Se Hee and Ah Hyun—two women driven by completely opposing beliefs.

One still shows Ah Hyun, disguised as a hospital staff member, sharing a tense moment alone with Se Hee’s daughter Kim Ah Hyun (Kim Ji An). There, she uncovers a shocking truth. The shared name between the two girls—“Kim Ah Hyun”—hints at an unpredictable twist and raises anticipation for what lies ahead.

Meanwhile, Jung Hyun (Dex) continues to relentlessly track the children with sharp instincts, closing in on Ah Hyun’s true identity. Despite the growing threat of exposure, she remains steadfast in her mission for revenge. But what secret lies behind her hospital disguise?

The production team also teased Sung Hoon’s surprise appearance, sharing, “Actor Sung Hoon will make a special appearance in tonight’s episode as the president, adding weight to the storyline.
