Yoon Kye Sang Winds Up Handcuffed At The Police Station In "The Winning Try"
SBS’s “The Winning Try” has revealed an intriguing sneak peek of its upcoming third episode!
“The Winning Try” is a new drama starring Yoon Kye Sang as Joo Ga Ram, a former rugby star who falls from grace due to a doping scandal. After he returns to his alma mater as the new coach of its rugby team, which is ranked last in the country, he leads the underdog squad on a quest to win the National Sports Festival.

Previously on “The Winning Try,” Joo Ga Ram suddenly ghosted his girlfriend of 10 years, Bae Yi Ji (Im Se Mi), when he vanished off the face of the earth after his scandal. Three years later, Ga Ram unexpectedly waltzed back into her life as if nothing had happened, infuriating Yi Ji.
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Ga Ram ends up at the police station in handcuffs. Leaning against a partition as if exhausted, Ga Ram looks disheveled and out of sorts, sporting messy hair and wounds on his face.
As Yi Ji glares daggers at Ga Ram, he amusingly seems to avoid her gaze, piquing curiosity as to why the two exes wound up at the police station together in the first place.
The drama’s production team teased, “In Episode 3, which airs today, Yoon Kye Sang will unleash his grand plan to recruit a new player to fill the empty spot on the rugby team. Please look forward to finding out why Yoon Kye Sang is seen at the police station looking a mess, as well as his passionate attempts to stop the rugby team from being shut down.”
