HYBE To Launch New Global Girl Group Project

HYBE is preparing to launch a new global girl group project!

On August 7, HYBE and Geffen Records announced, “We will begin a large-scale audition, ‘World Scout: The Final Piece,’ throughout Japan.”

“World Scout: The Final Piece” is a global talent discovery project jointly planned by HYBE and Geffen Records. HYBE’s elite scouting team will lead the search for aspiring stars with outstanding potential.

Successful audition candidates will participate in K-pop style training, developed by HYBE and Geffen Records specifically for the United States market, from October through December. Those selected will then join a training camp based in the United States, where they will compete for a spot in a new group aiming to debut next year.

HYBE and Geffen Records said the project will “capture the journey of talented individuals growing alongside world-class producers.”

“World Scout: The Final Piece” is scheduled to premiere in 2026 on the Japanese streaming platform ABEMA.
