
"Law And The City," "Beyond The Bar," And "The Winning Try" All Climb To Their Highest Ratings Yet
tvN’s “Law and The City” is heading into its finale on a new all-time high!
On August 9, the legal drama, which has just one episode left to go, soared to its highest viewership ratings yet. According to Nielsen Korea, the penultimate episode of “Law and The City” took first place in its time slot across all cable channels with an average nationwide rating of 6.4 percent, marking a new personal record for the series.
“Law and The City” was also the most-watched show across all channels, including public broadcast networks, among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49.
JTBC’s new drama “Beyond the Bar” similarly earned its highest ratings yet with its third episode, which earned a nationwide average of 6.7 percent.
SBS’s “The Winning Try” also wrapped up the first half of its run on its own all-time high in viewership, rising to a nationwide average of 5.7 percent for the night.
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s new drama “Our Golden Days” premiered to an average nationwide rating of 13.9 percent, making it the most-watched show of Saturday.
MBC’s new remake of “Mary Kills People” scored an average nationwide rating of 1.9 percent for its fourth episode, while Channel A’s “My Lovely Journey” earned a nationwide average of 0.2 percent for its third episode.
