
Lee Sun Bin Is An Overlooked Office Worker Fighting To Survive In New Drama “To The Moon”
MBC’s upcoming drama “To the Moon” has shared a sneak peek of Lee Sun Bin in character!
Based on the novel of the same name, “To the Moon” tells the survival story of three working-class women who struggle to live on their salaries and turn to cryptocurrency investing. The cast includes Lee Sun Bin as Jung Da Hae, Ra Mi Ran as Kang Eun Sang, Jo Aram as Kim Ji Song, and Kim Young Dae as Ham Ji Woo.
Lee Sun Bin plays Jung Da Hae, a non-recruited employee in Maron Confectionery’s marketing and PR team. Da Hae, who has no particularly impressive credentials, is one of the few non-recruited hires at the company. Despite an unstable job environment, a tiny paycheck, and unspoken discrimination from recruited employees, she shows a persistent spirit.
Motivated only by the desire to make money, Da Hae drags through her joyless work life until she sees a spark of hope when a colleague, Eun Sang, suggests she get on the cryptocurrency train.
The first still of Jung Da Hae shows her dressed neatly in a suit, sitting in the interview room with a firm determination to somehow establish herself at the company.
In another still, she’s squeezed into a packed bus, her expression radiates a sense of struggle.
In the final still, she nervously glances around, capturing the everyday hardships of an office worker facing unexpected challenges dozens of times a day.
“To the Moon” is set to premiere on September 19 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
