Olive Nine (올리브나인) signs an exclusive contract with Chae Rim

8/2/06 — On 8/1, the entertainment agency "Olive Nine (올리브나인)" signs an exclusive contract with Chae Rim whose primary performing stage has been in China recently.  The agency will positively support Chae Rim’s activities in China as well as expand its business there at the same time.  "Olive Nine" is currently producing MBC drama "Joo Mong (주몽)" and has been managing entertainers including Shin Hyun Joon, Kang Sung Yun, and Oh Yoon Ah (신현준, 강성연, 오윤아). 

The representative of "Olive Nine" states, "During Chae Rim’s stay in China, she didn’t have an agency specifically managing her activities.  She decides to sign a contract with Olive Nine because she needs an agency to manage her schedules and to negotiate casting of dramas for her.  Chae Rim will have busy schedule in good Chinese projects till early of next year.  In the meantime, she will consider Korean projects."   After CR signs the contract, she leaves for China again on 8/2 to study Chinese in order to raise the level of her Chinese language capability.  Her drama "Secret Legend of Kang Xi’s Dynasty (강조비사, 康朝秘史)" is scheduled to be aired by CCTV in October, and she will attend the press conference and promotion of the drama then.
