Hallyu Expo Will Commence in Jeju This Coming Nov.

The "Hallyu Expo" is celebrating the Hallyu Wave, which has spread throughout Asia. The expo begins on Nov. 29, and will continue until March 10, 2007 at Jeju International Conference Center in Jeju Seoguipo City.

The Jeju exhibition hall will feature the history of Hallyu (Korea’s pop culture) including dramas, movies, and music responsible for spreading Hallyu to the world.

Many hands-on programs are scheduled including a hands-on program offering visitors an opportunity to become one of the main characters in their favorite Hallyu drama.

About 15 to 20 Hallyu Stars including Bae Yong Jun, will take turns participating in the expo and hold fan meetings and special concerts for the visitors from both Korea as well as the rest of the world.
