Gong Yoo and Chun Jung Myung will enlist in the army in January of 2008
12/19/07 – Actor Gong Yoo and Chun Jung Myung (공유, 천정명) will enlist in the army in January of 2008.
Chun Jung Myung is scheduled to report to Kyunggido 306 Supplement Unit for his military service on 1/2/2008. His new movie "Hansel and Gretel (헨젤과 그레텔)" will be debuted on 12/27 before he enlists in the army. He states, "My Physical Education major could help me endure the military life."
Gong Yoo will report to Choongnam Nonsan (충남 논산) Army Training Center on 1/14/2008. GY is well liked due to his performance in MBC drama "Coffee Prince No. 1 Shop". For this popular drama, he is nominated as one of the candidates in 3 categories including "Excellence Award for Actors", "Popularity Award" and "The Best Couple Award" of the upcoming MBC 2007 Performance Awards ceremony on 12/30.
