Jung Ryu Won, Jung Gyung Ho, and Park Min Young lead the SBS drama “Princess Ja Myung Goh (왕녀 자명고, 王女自鳴鼓)”
1/26/09 — Jung Ryu Won, Jung Gyung Ho, and Park Min Young will lead the Monday-Tuesday large-scale historical drama “Princess Ja Myung Goh (왕녀 자명고, 王女自鳴鼓)” scheduled to be aired by SBS on 3/10, following the final episode of “Terroir”.
This drama portrays the tragic but beautiful love story between Princess Nak Lang (낙랑공주, 樂浪公主) and Prince Ho Dong (호동왕자, 好童王子). Princess Ja Myung (自鳴公主), Prince Ho Dong, and Princess Nak Lang form triangle love relationships.
Jung Ryu Won plays the role Princess Ja Myung, Jung Kyung Ho plays the role Prince Ho Dong, and Park Min Young plays the role Princess Nak Lang.
Actress Sung Hyun Ah (성현아) plays the role Song Mae Sul Soo (송매설수) who is the stepmother of Prince Ho Dong. Song Mae Sul Soo is a ruler during the renaissance area of Gogooryu (고구려) Kingdom and she confronts with Wang Ja Shil (왕자실), the Queen of Nak Lang Kingdom, played by Lee Mi Sook (이미숙).
Actress Park Hyo Joo (박효주) plays Wang Ja Shil’s maid Chi Soh (치소). Chi Soh grew up in a noble family of the Baek Je (백제) when she was young. However, she was forced to the land of Nak Lang and became a slave. Then, she serves Wang Ja Shil as a maid.
Actor Yoon Suh Hyun (윤서현) plays the role Tae Choo (태추) who is the right-hand man of Prince Ho Dong.
