Comment: As expected, Super Junior’s "Sorry Sorry" moves up to the top spot this week, narrowly edging out Davichi’s "8282".  This is the hottest song in Korea now as it is dominating many music charts.  Super Junior had a disappointing chart showing here for their last album, but they are doing much better this time. "Sorry Sorry" is a catchy urban house dance number and the group especially worked with renowned choreographer Nick Bass, who has collaborated with Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and Christina Aguilera. This song should continue to stay on top for multiple weeks.

Comment: After 2 weeks at No. 1, Davichi’s "8282" drops back to No. 2.  This song was composed by Korea’s top lyricist and composer, Kang Eun Kyung and Kim Do Hoon. The song is about the anxiety one gets while waiting for the call of a loved one. The melody starts out like a ballad but turns into an up-tempo song in the chorus part.  It has trendy trance rhythms with powerful vocals from the girls.  Davichi is starting to perform a new song "My Man".

Comment: Holding steady at No. 3 is veteran Lim Chang Jung’s comeback hit "It’s Been A Long Time".  This well-made ballad number is about a man who has reunited with his lover, but sadly has trouble approaching her.  Fans can once again hear Lim Chang Jung’s trademark emotional vocal.  The younger generation of k-pop fans who have not heard of Lim’s songs should definitely check out "the king of ballads".

Comment: Due to very strong competition, 8Eight fell back one spot to No 5 with "Don’t Have A Heart".  This song is an excellent R&B ballad, produced once again by Hitmen Bang Shi Hyuk.  The music video features the Wonder Girls’ So Hee, who transforms into a vampire.  8Eight are actively promoting this song on music shows, and with their members more well-known now, it is helping this song’s popularity a lot.

Kim Min-su, who participated in the OSTs for the TV drama "All In" and the movie "My Sassy Girl, took care of the arrangement. Whee Sung wrote the lyrics. Comment: Last year, Rumble Fish garnered much love with their remake album Memory For You, with their title track “You and The Rain”. Unfortunately, the band was unable to perform their follow-up track, Heart For One Person” and so they have re-released a March version of this song as a digital single. Originally sung by Lee Seung Hwan, this version showcases female vocals by vocalist Choi Jini, bringing a new flavor to the song. Her husky yet beautiful voice complements the song well.

Comment: Technically, this is the 4th charted song from the OST of the popular KBS drama "Boys Over Flower".  However, this duet version with Je-A of Brown Eyed Girls is recorded on Someday’s debut album and is the version that made it to our chart.  Someday were relatively unknown prior to singing in the "Boys Over Flower" OST, now they have their own album and their first top-20 hit song, which is a very nice R&B ballad.  Je-A’s participation further increases the appeal of this R&B ballad.

The song brings out Tae.1’s husky yet soft vocals. To upgrade this song even further, Tae.1 worked with the producer to achieve a better quality to the song. Comment: Shinvi was set to become the second S.E.S a trio from Cid.K entertainment, subsidiary to SM Entertainment. Members were Yoo Soo Jin, Oh Sang Eun, and Yu na. They were very cute with some potential.  However, things didn’t work out as planned.  After the first album they disbanded but were often featured in SM-Town videos. Sang Eun has made a comeback under the stage name Nemo, with a much more mature voice.  "Darling" is one of the cutest songs in kpop, a lot of people remember the girls and this song for the cuteness.
