T-Ara And Beast On Top Of Gaon's Charts

For the first week of March, T-Ara was on top of the Gaon weekly singles chart with their song “I Go Crazy Because of You.”

The song, which comes from T-Ara’s repacked album in February, took the top spot away from fellow girl group KARA and their song “Lupin.”

Beast’s new album “Shock of the New Era” entered the album charts at #1 and is the top selling album of the week., followed by T-Ara’s “Breaking Heart” and V.O.S’s “Voice of Soul Best Collection”.

The Gaon music chart which started last month, gets its data from online and offline sales of the country’s major web-based providers and record distribution companies. It is considered the Korean equivalent of the U.S. Billboard chart and aims to give an accurate view of how well songs and albums are actually doing.
