Just past her 29th birthday, Lee Si Young enjoyed a beautiful cake she received from a well-wishing fan. Adorable as she chows down on her cake! Known most recently for her role as Jandi’s friend in Boys Over Flowers, Lee has also appeared in a number of other dramas and movies. She is currently playing a spoiled rich heiress based off a caricature of Paris Hilton in the KBS drama “Becoming a Billionaire.”
