Wonder Girls #1 On Realtime Music Charts
On May 16, the Wonder Girls released their new song “2 Different Tears (2DT)” in 3 languages – Korean, English and Chinese. And as soon as it was revealed, it went up to the #1 spots on various real time music charts like Melon, Monkey3 etc.
The song is also in the top 30 rank on Apple iTunes chart, receiving overwhelming responses from fans all over the world. Other than the song “2 Different Tears”, other songs from their new album such as the English versions of “Tell Me”, “So Hot” and “Nobody” have been well received by music charts.
Monkey3 music enterprise team leader Lee Jung Kyu said, “The responses for Wonder Girls’ new album is very good. We expect to see the them reign again amidst the girl group fever in Kpop.”
Coming soon, the girls are set to perform on Dream Concert on May 22. On June 1, they will begin their world tour starting in Washington DC and followed by many other cities in the US.
They will also be participating in the upcoming filming of KBS WinWin on 20th May. The show will either be aired on May 25 or June 1.
