Memorial to be Held in Japan for Park Yong Ha

Japanese fans will have their chance to say goodbye to actor/singer Park Yong Ha next weekend at the Tokyo International Forum – a venue where he was scheduled to hold a concert at on July 17^th and 18^th.

According to his former publicist YTREE MEDIA, fans and close friends will be able to say bid farewell at the memorial, which will be held from 10AM to 8PM on Sunday, July 18^th. YONA Entertainment, Park’s agency, put together the memorial after Park’s death last week.

Park was a well-known figure in Japan. He catapulted to fame after the airing of the KBS2 series “Winter Sonata”, in which he played Sang-hyuk. He was also a successful singer – he was in the midst of his three month long sold-out concert tour in Japan when he passed away.
