Presenting the New York Korean Film Festival 2010!

Where: September 22-30 at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa)

      and October 1-3 at Bam Rose Cinema.

How: Tickets can be purchased through each theatre’s box office and website, which can be found by clicking here.

All films will be shown in the original Korean with English subtitles, so there are no excuses for anyone who wants to be a part NYKFF this year to give it a miss!

In addition Soompi members in the NYC area are invited to attend the opening reception of the film festival this Thursday, Sept. 23, which will include remarks by acclaimed directors Boo Ji-Young (Sisters on the Road) and Im Sang Soo (The Housemaid). A jazz interpretation of Korean folk music will be performed, and traditional Korean finger foods and rice wine (makgeolli) will serve as light refreshments.

When: Thursday, September 23 from 5:00-7:30PM.
