One of the World's Fastest Rapper, Outsider to Make a Comeback
One of the fastest rappers in the world, Shin Ok Chul better known as Outsider is making a comeback in K-Pop world this October.
It has been announced through Hiphopplaya, a Korean website that rapper Outsider will be coming back with a third album titled “Hero” which will be released on the 14th of October this year.
Outsider released an album on March 3rd with carrier single Acquaintance.
