Lee Hong Ki: Too Short for FT Island?

Recently on The Beatles Code that was aired on the 21st, Lee Hong Ki of FT Island revealed that he had initially been disqualified from his first audition due to his height. FNC had wanted its trainees to be at least 180cm tall. Lee Hong Ki, unfortunately, was not. However, he was asked a year later by FNC if he would like to audition again, and he eventually landed the spot as the main vocalist of FT Island. 

Lee Hong Ki jokingly added, “After us, CNBLUE debuted, and the members are all taller than 180cm. I think it was because of us.”
