"Athena" Posters Revealed

Two posters for the upcoming espionage drama “Athena” have been released. Along with its sister drama “Iris” (to which “Athena” is considered the spin-off), it is one of the most expensive Korean dramas ever filmed, with a budgeted cost of 20 billion won ($17 million U.S.).  This is due in part to the fact that the drama required shooting in many locations, including Italy, Singapore, Switzerland, New Zealand, China, Japan, and the United States. 

“Athena” stars Jung Woo Sung, Soo Ae, and Lee Ji Ah, and will air on SBS beginning on December 13.  The story centers around a defeating a terror organization that puts the whole world in danger.
