Out of Respect for Fallen Soldiers, S.M. The Ballad Postpones Debut

Due to the current state of unrest in Korea, S.M. The Ballad has postponed the release date of their upcoming album, “Longing For You”.  The decision to postpone was announced by SM Entertainment on Thursday.  It was done out of respect for those who suffered when North Korea fired dozens of rounds of artillery shells toward South Korea’s Yeonpyeong Island, killing two soldiers and injuring dozens of others.

“Longing For You”, S.M. The Ballad’s debut album, was originally set to go on sale today.  Instead, it will now be released on November 29.  The title track of the same name will be made available on various music websites a day earlier.  As of now, S.M. The Ballad has released four audio teasers: “Hot Times”, “Don’t Lie”, “Love Again” and “Another Day”.
