Goo Hara’s Latest Photoshoot Inspired by Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot

Kara’s Goo Hara recently did a photoshoot for the February issue of Vogue Girl. The inspiration for the pictorial came from 1960’s European actresses Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot. Hara’s hair was styled like long and straight, with straight bangs, to resemble the former actress. The styling and the backdrop were kept dark to contrast with Hara’s pale complexion.

Although it’s only a few weeks into January, Goo Hara has already been having an eventful year. The singer celebrated her birthday a little over a week ago, only days before it was announced that she, along with three of the five members of Kara, were seeking to terminate their contract with their entertainment agency, DSP Entertainment. Hara has since withdrawn her involvement with the lawsuit and has since rejoined the company, but the other three members have continued in their wish to split with DSP. The outcome is pending, although the girls have said that they wish to stay as a five-member group. We wish Hara and her bandmates the best of luck in reuniting.
