The Emperor of Korean Ballads, Shin Seung Hun, to Perform Live in LA and NJ

Powerhouse and Soompi are proud to announce “The Shin Seung Hun Show” in its second concert of 2011. In celebration of his 20th anniversary since his debut, Shin Seung Hun will perform a fabulous three-hour show in New Jersey and Los Angeles this March.

Powerhouse is presenting a special opportunity for the SoCal fans!  They are holding a contest for free tickets.  To enter, all you have to do is stop by the concierge desk at the Americana at Brand and complete the entry form. 

After making his debut in 1990, Shin Seung Hun maintained enormous popularity with numerous hit songs that captured the hearts of millions of fans.  His first album won the top honor at the Korean Golden Disc Awards in 1991.  Immediately after releasing his second album, “Invisible Love”, he gained the nickname “The Emperor of Korean Ballads”.  With this album, he reigned at the top of the Korean music charts for fourteen consecutive weeks, granting him a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records.  His first six albums were all million sellers, and all of his ten albums have won the top honor or the grand prize at the Korean Golden Disc Awards.  Accumulated album sales have exceeded fifteen million so far.
