Jung Il Woo & Kim So Eun are the New Faces of the 12th JeonJu International Film Festival

Actors Jung Il Woo and Kim So Eun have been chosen as ambassadors for the 12th JeonJu International Film Festival which begins April 28th. They follow in the footsteps of Song Joong Ki of KBS2’s “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” (2010) and Park Shin Hye of the movie “Cyrano Love Agency” (2010) who promoted the event last year.

Jung Il Woo rose to stardom with MBC’s “Unstoppable High Kick” (2006) and has continued his small screen activities with MBC’s “The Return of Illjimae” (2009) and KBS2’s “My Fair Lady” (2009). He is currently filming a new fantasy drama called “49 Days.” Jung has also appeared in an omnibus romance film “My Love” (2007) as a popular college student. Kim So Eun has also made a name for herself with dramas KBS2’s “Boys Before Flowers” (2009), “The Man Who Can’t Marry” (2009), and “A Good Day for the Wind to Blow” (2010). She’s also left a deep impression when she played the daughter of Song Kang Ho’s daughter in the film “The Show Must Go On” (2007). Additionally, she was casted as the younger sister of Yoon Jin Suh’s character for the horror flick “Two Guys” (2007).

The two officially started their activities as PR ambassadors on the 16th when they got together for a poster shoot for the event at a studio in Seoul. They will receive their certificate of appointment at the JeonJu International Film Festival’s press conference on March 29th. As ambassadors, Jung Il Woo and Kim So Eun will attend the opening ceremony, hand printing ceremony, and the One Day JIFF Volunteer Day (the official name of the volunteer event). They will also interact with the attenders to provide a more enjoyable experience.
