Girls’ Generation Samsung Fan Meeting at Beijing

 In 2010, Samsung Electronics signed the girls of Girls’ Generation (SNSD) as their official models to target the Chinese market. On April 23rd, Samsung invited all nine girls to Beijing for the launch of its new IT products like the 3D TV, the Premium Laptop Series 9, and others. The event took place at Beijing’s CGV Star International Movie City.

 The event allowed consumers to test out new products as well as take photos with Girls’ Generation. Afterwards, fans were treated to a special fan meeting where they were able to enjoy performances, ask questions, and get autographs. 

 The girls performed their hit songs Oh, Gee, and Hoot and introduced themselves in Chinese. Additionally, they answered various questions about what types of Samsung products they used and what they liked about them. When asked where they wanted to go most in China, they answered the Great Wall of China.
