Super Junior's Choi Siwon and Donghae Cast in Taiwanese Drama

Super Junior’s Choi Siwon and Donghae are cast together in the Taiwanese drama “Fancy Challenge.” Since last April the drama has been filming in Taiwan.

The drama is based on “Skip Beat” which is a Japanese comic book that is popular in Japan and also Korea. The basic storyline is that the female main character enters the world of celebrities for revenge and talks about the different conflicts and love that happens. It will be broadcast on Taiwan’s GTV.

Choi Siwon plays the role of Don Ha Ryun who is a top celebrity actor that has all the skills and popularity, Donghae plays the role of “Bul Pa Sang” who has musical talent but is self-centered playboy.

The drama will be directed by Yoo Seung Taek who won a movie production award at Taiwan’s film festival and Jin Wi Ham who is a top actress in Taiwan, will play the main role of the drama. In other somewhat unrelated news, nearly 300 France Kpop fans held a flash mob protest because they wanted to see Super Junior, f(x), DBSK, SNSD, and Shinee perform. All the tickets for the show that had the SM Entertainment singers had been sold out within 15 minutes.
