Bad News for CNBlue and "High Kick S3" Fans

We reported earlier that CNBlue’s drummer Kang Minhyuk will most likely join the cast of the hit sitcom “High Kick Season 3.” The production staff behind the series has been meeting with Min Hyuk about joining the team. However, it’s been announced that Min Hyuk will not be onboard the project due to his busy schedule.

Currently, Minhyuk is filming MBC’s “You’re Into Me” with band mate Jung Yonghwa as well as preparing for CNBlue’s Asian Tour. FNC Music stated, “Minhyuk is busy with various CNBlue activities, including the Asian tour coming up later this year. Director Kim Byungwook was interested in Minhyuk for the series, but because sitcom requires filming every day; it was just too hard to balance it into Minhyuk’s packed schedule.”

Minhyuk is busy shooting drama “You’re into Me,” the follow up to Cha Seung Won’s “The Greatest Love.” He has previously acted in “It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl” and “Acoustic” and has been receiving many love calls from the drama/movie industry.
