CNBlue's Jung Yong Hwa's Teaser Stills for "You're Into Me"
The highly anticipated drama “You’re Into Me” has been officially renamed to “Heartstrings” in English early May. On Monday, JS Pictures released the drama’s first teaser photos of CNBlue’s Jung Yong Hwa as the cold, yet handsome band vocalist Lee Shin. The drama takes place at an arts college where both Jung Yong Hwa’s Lee Shin and Park Shin Hye’s Lee Kyu Won attend and will detail the lives of college students who are passionate in both their music and love.
Jung Yong Hwa plays pretty boy Lee Shin, whose life revolves around his guitar and music. Like many of the current male characters in Korean dramas, Lee Shin has his share of snobbiness in him – making him completely irresistible. Jung Yong Hwa shed the gentle and caring image he established since his debut for the egotistic and guitar-oriented Lee Shin.
Jung Yong Hwa stated, “When I first read the script, I thought Lee Shin was a very indifferent and narcissist character. However, I realized that he acted apathetically to everything but music because he just wasn’t interested in anything else other than his music. He’s actually very sensitive once you get to know him.” He added, “I’m extremely happy to be able to star in a drama with such a perfect character for me. I’m doing my bests to not disappoint the staff and my fans.”
“Heartstrings” also stars actors Song Chang Hui, So Yi Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk, and Woori and is produced by hitmaker Pyo Min Soo, the mastermind behind Rain and Song Hye Kyo’s “Full House” in 2004. “Heartstrings” will air its pilot episode on June 29th.
