Kim Sarang Appears at “Black Fashionista Day!” Event

Actress Kim Sarang, best known for her role in SBS drama “Secret Garden,” has made a surprise visit to Korea University on Friday for the “Black Fashionista Day!” event. Sponsored by LG Mobile, the signing event was held to celebrate the release of LG’s latest smartphone “Optimus Black,” as the star actress is the main endorser of the product.

In addition to an autograph session, Kim Sarang handed out “Optimus Black T-shirts” personally designed by herself to a few select attendants who showed up in bright-colored clothes. Because LG Optimus Black features NOVA display, which allows for the brightest screen color and resolution in the market, the overall theme of the event was to wear bright clothes.

Due to her unexpected visit, hundreds of Korea University students gathered around the event to take part in the signing/photo sessions. Kim Sarang, after appearing as Yoon Seul in last year’s mega hit drama “Secret Garden,” is currently busy voice acting for the radio version of the show on SBS Love FM.
