What Is the Reason Behind IU's Tears?

On June 4th, the singer of hit song “Good Day” guest-starred on KBS 2TV’s “Declaration of Freedom: Immortal 2” singing contest along with 2AM’s Changmin, Super Junior’s Yesung, Sistar’s Hyorin, SHINee’s Jonghyun, and BEAST’s Yoseob.

Yoseob who had a special stage scheduled, dedicated his performance to his mother who especially came to see him and delivered a powerful and moving performance which eventually made not only IU burst into tears, but everyone in the studio, including SHINee’s Jonghyun.

BEAST’s member choose to sing a meaningful number to his mother, “Mother” by singer RA.D and gave a performance that reduced the whole studio to tears.

When Yoseob’s performance reached its climax, IU and Jonghyun who immediately thought of their mothers, couldnt hold back their tears.

Yoseob’s touching performance dedicated to his mother and other special and breathtaking performances will air on KBS 2TV today at 5:35 PM KST.
