Super Junior’s Yesung , SHINee’s Jonghyun and IU Withdraw from KBS "Immortal Song 2"

Producer of KBS “Immortal Song 2” has announced that the three idol singers who are currently taking part in the program, Super Junior’s Ye Sung, SHINee’s Jonghyun and IU, will unfortunately have to leave the show due to their busy schedule.

PD Kwon Jae Young explained, “IU, Yesung and Jonghyun, because of the many problems fitting in with their schedule, will be withdrawing from the show.” The episode just broadcasted last week was IU’s last one; and for Yesung and Jonghyun, the episode scheduled to be broadcasted on June 18^th will be their last appearance on the program. Instead, the main vocalist of SECRET Song Ji Eun, 2PM’s Junsu and FT Island’s Lee Hongki will be joining the program.

Kwon PD further stated, “Even though it’s sad to see the members who have grown so much in our program to leave, I would still think positively about being able to give more idol starts chances to join us.”
