KARA’s New Japanese Single “GO GO SUMMER” Sets Record Before Release

KARA’s fourth Japanese single“GO GO SUMMER” is set to release on June 29^th, and fans are anxious to reserve their copy of the highly anticipated comeback album. Last week, KARA’s “GO GO SUMMER” topped the charts for Tower Records’ most reserved album.  

“GO GO SUMMER” is the follow up to KARA’s “Jet Coaster Love,” which took No. 1 in the Oricon’s weekly charts; and it’s no secret that “Jet Coaster Love” raised everyone’s expectations of what KARA can do.  

For “GO GO SUMMER,” KARA will release three versions of their single: A version (CD+DVD), B version (CD+photobook), and C version (CD+bonus track). In addition to their title track, Kara will have a second track titled “Girls Be Ambitious,” the CM song from one of KARA’s Japanese endorsement deals. Additionally, “GO GO SUMMER” will be used as the theme song for KARA’s LG Optimus Bright CF in Japan.

Before they officially begin their Japanese promotions for their comeback album, the girls of KARA will meet with domestic fans on June 11^th at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul for their second official Korean fan meeting.
