Rania to Hold Showcases in 10 Asian Countries
Rookie girl group Rania is ready to step out of Korea only two months after their debut, they’ll be having showcases in 10 countries within Asia.
According to RaNia’s agency DR Music, although the girls just debuted in April, they are going to hold showcase start from July 16th in Bangkok, later in July, they’ll be promoting in Cambodia and Singapore. For August, they’ll be heading to the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, and Vietnam.
The agency stated, “The power of Hallyu is getting strong through channels like YouTube.” That is why the agency decided to let the girls start promoting overseas so soon.
RaNia’s debut single “Dr. Feel Good” is a big hit on YouTube and Facebook; more than 200 cover videos on line and fan clubs are set up in different countries, proving their high popularity. The agency revealed they are now discussing for a CF contract with a Thai drink and network carrier; the girls are receiving much attention from Thai because of the Thai member in the group. For their promotion overseas, the girls are now working hard on learning English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
