Jung Yong Hwa's "Heartstrings" Releases Official Posters

With only one week left till its premiere, “Heartstrings,” starring CNBlue’s Jung Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye, released three official posters. In the first poster, eight of the drama’s lead and supporting actors dressed up in vivid colored shirts and white pants for a fresh and colorful theme, perfectly in line with the refreshing theme of the drama. The second poster features Jung Yong Hwa and Park Shin Hye as the “guitarist and the butterfly.” Just like its other photos, the poster concepts reflect the light and airy feel of the drama. While avid fans may remember the first two photos from previous articles, the last photo is a new still of its two leads. In the drama, Jung Yong Hwa plays Lee Shin, a snobby guitar prodigy whose life revolves around his band and guitar. Park Shin Hye stars as Lee Gyu Won, an energetic and full of life music student studying the gayageum, a traditional twelve-stringed Korean instrument. The two will share a bickering, yet cute romance as a college campus couple who share a passion for music and love.

For two months, viewers will be able feast their eyes on a young and beautiful cast: Jung Yong Hwa, Park Shin Hye, Song Chang Ui, So Yi Hyun, Woori, and Kang Min Hyuk of CNBlue. Youth melodrama “Heartstrings” focuses on young love, friendship, and dreams. It’s produced by director Pyo Min Soo, the mastermind behind dramas like “Full House,” (2004) starring Jung Ji Hoon (aka Rain) and Song Hye Gyo, and “The World They Live In” (2008), starring Hyun Bin and Song Hye Gyo. “Heartstrings” will premiere June 29th on MBC following “The Greatest Love.”
