I Am a Singer: Ock Joo Hyun Performed “U Go Girl”

In the past, Ock Joo Hyun was criticized for appearing on MBC “Survival: I Am a Singer.” However, now she is gaining a lot of popularity and interest. Recently she chose to take up the challenge of reinterpreting her former band mate Lee Hyori’s “U Go Girl.”

On July 4th, the contestants/singers on the show got together for the preliminary rounds. The mission was for each singer to choose a song that they wanted to perform in order to  challenge themselves.

After watching Ock Joo Hyun’s performance, it was said that the viewers responded well with her singing and stage performance.

Kim Bum Soo chose to do CN Blue’s “I Am Lonely,” Park Jung Hyun chose Park Mi Kyung’s “Eve’s Warning,” Yoon Do-Hyun chose  Lee Moon Sae’s “In the Rain,” Jang Hae Jin chose Kara’s “Mister,” while Kim Jo Han chose Shin Seung Hoon’s “I Believe.”

The episode of “Survival: I Am a Singer,” that features these performances will be broadcast on July 10th.
