Super Junior’s Si Won Mourns Grandmother's Death

Earlier today, a representative of SM Entertainment (SME) revealed that Super Junior’s Choi Si Won’s grandmother passed away last Friday, July 22^nd. After attending her funeral this morning, Si Won tweeted, “To my grandmother – the most beautiful person in the world. I will live bearing the love that you taught me deep within my heart…We will surely meet again,” and attached a photo of himself with his grandmother. On the day of her death, he tweeted, “Break my heart. But I should stay strong.” He has since halted his activities to mourn for his late grandmother. However, on a recent tweet to his pastor, he revealed that he was on his way to the airport. However, it is unclear if he’s at the airport for personal reasons or for comeback related activities.

Netizens commented, “So sad…be strong!” and “Your grandmother will always be in your heart!” Meanwhile, Super Junior is busy preparing for their comeback on August 3^rd with their 5^th album.
